Real Estate Agents Uniquely Working for You!

Showing appointments
Friday, February 5th 2010
You know, sometimes people just call in and say, " I would like to go see a home in about an hour."  That's super that you decided to go look for a home ... however, don't forget that we can't just up and leave and trod on over to that home.  We have to setup an appointment with the owners, and additionally, work it into our immediate schedule.  What you may want to do is to get your list of homes together, and give it to your Realtor, and let him/her setup the appointments accordingly.  With a little planning you can more than likely pick your next home from that list the very same day you see all of the homes you picked!  You will be ready to write that contract and pick a closing date within 2 to 3 weeks at the earliest! That's the way, aha aha .. I like it ... aha, aha ... (Kool and The Gang)

Go CyWoods!

Intro to Cypress
Saturday, January 30th 2010
Cypress is a fabulous part of the NW area out of and next to Houston.  It' s a city that has everything and there's no need to go into Houston as much to have some great times on the weekend or nights out.  Of Course, there are great restaurants, shopping areas, antiques, movie theaters, and of course tons of Cyrpess trees!  I've been told it's like being up north except the weather reminds you that you're in Texas!

1/30/2010  I found that Coles Crossing average square footage is 3102 sq. ft.!  Towne Lake Estates is 3129!  Lakewood Forest is 3195!  We make them big in Cypress, TX .... no tall tale here!
