You know, sometimes people just call in and say, " I would like to go see a home in about an hour." That's super that you decided to go look for a home ... however, don't forget that we can't just up and leave and trod on over to that home. We have to setup an appointment with the owners, and additionally, work it into our immediate schedule. What you may want to do is to get your list of homes together, and give it to your Realtor, and let him/her setup the appointments accordingly. With a little planning you can more than likely pick your next home from that list the very same day you see all of the homes you picked!
